The Summit

Get ready for 1,000 meters of pure uphill grind and unforgettable Wasatch views. This VK course launches from the Snowbird Plaza and sends runners straight up the mountain, finishing at the iconic Hidden Peak Aid Station.

Runners are invited to enjoy “The Summit Party” where you can fuel up after your race + cheer on the 50K runners as they come through the Hidden Peak Aid Station.

After conquering the climb, enjoy a scenic tram ride back down to The Plaza as your well‑earned victory lap.

*Should the race management team add onto the mandatory gear due to weather conditions, please reference the cold and hot weather kits outlined in the Race Regulations Guide. You will be notified via email if either kit is required during race week. Runners are expected to pack both kits.
